Important Payment Information
Payment must be received by the due date indicated on the payment coupon. In order to ensure timely and accurate crediting of your account, please enclose the payment coupon with your payment. Please write your account number on your check or money order as it appears on the payment coupon, and return in the envelope provided. You can also use our Pay-In-Cash options to get your payment to us immediately.
Reconnect Fee
A $25.00 reconnect fee must be paid before service will be reactivated.
Important Programming Information
Your receiver is designed to provide a wide array of entertainment and information. To ensure the greatest level of service at all times, you will need to have your receiver connected to a phone line. Disconnection of the phone line may result in a reduction of programming opportunities and may affect your billing.
Residential Customer Agreement
All programming and other services that we provide are subject to the terms and conditions of the Residential Customer Agreement, which was included with your satellite TV system and is also available upon request by calling 1-888-284-7116. Click Here to view the Residential Customer Agreement.
Explanation of Fees
Returned Payment Fee |

You will be charged a $10.00 returned payment fee, subject to applicable law, for payments returned by your bank. This fee is charged to the account when a customer's check is returned due to non-sufficient funds. This fee is also charged when a customer chooses to stop payment on a check, or if the back account is not valid (not found). The fee will appear on your next billing statement. |

Late Fee |
$5.00 |
Automatically charged to the customer's account 30 days after the billing date if the bill has not been paid in full. The amount due must be paid in full each month. When mailing payments, please allow 7-10 business days for payment to reach us and be posted to your account. If payment is not received on or before the due date indicated on the statement, you will be subject to a $5.00 administrative Late Fee that will appear on your next statement. We do not extend credit to our customers, and the Late Fee is not interest or a finance, credit service or similar charge. Service may be deactivated for non-payment at our sole discretion. All outstanding balances, an amount equal to at least one month's advance charges, and a $25.00 reconnect fee must be paid before service will be reactivated. |

Charged and collected at the time a customer wants to restart services after a permanent disconnection (due to nonpayment). This fee will be collected up front at the time of restart. |

Additional Outlet Programming Access Fee |

Customers who keep a phone line connected to their two-TV receiver save money every month. Customers who do not keep a phone line connected to their two-TV receiver, will automatically be charged the Programming Access Fee monthly when the system does not detect a continuous phone line connection. The following two-TV receivers are subject to this fee: |
622/722 ONLY - if customer has a broadband connection through their provider it’s as easy as plugging in a CAT5 (Ethernet Cable) into their receiver. DISH Network installers will attempt to hookup, however, customers may have to refer to their specific network admin for specific hookups (via Router, Hub, etc ?). |
HD Enabling Fee |

Customers with HD equipment who do not have an HD package will be charged a monthly $7.00 HD Enabling Fee. |
