Online Payment Options

One-time Credit Card Payments
You can make a secure online payment by using the My Account section of www.dishnetwork.com. This is a FREE service which works with any Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover Card credit card. Or, simply call 1-888-284-7116 to use our automated telephone system.

One-Time Check Payment
Make a secure online payment by using the My Account section. Check payments are electronically withdrawn from the checking or savings account you provide within 1-3 business days and will post to your DISH Network account immediately. There is no transaction fee.

Credit Card AutoPay
This feature enables you to have your monthly fees automatically charged to your credit or debit card account on your due date. You will still receive a statement itemizing the charges, but will no longer have to send in a payment. You can activate this FREE service using the My Account section.

You can also check the automatic payment box on the front of your bill, and then fill in your billing information on the back. Please allow one full billing period before payment is automatically drafted. You will still need to pay your current balance, as it takes one month for Credit Card AutoPay to process. Please remember that you will need to update our information when your card number or expiration date changes or to cancel this service. You can do this using the My Account section.

If you do not want to receive your DISH Network bill in the mail.
Now you don't have to receive a bill in the mail each month. Enroll in one of our automatic payment options (Credit Card AutoPay, Electronic Funds Transfer, etc…) or review and pay your bill with the My Account section. Just check the box on the back of your payment coupon and we will no longer mail your DISH Network bills. It's easy and convenient!

Other Payment Options

EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)
This feature enables you to have your monthly fees automatically deducted from your checking account on your statement due date. You will still receive a statement itemizing the charges, but will no longer have to send in a payment. To activate this FREE service, please fill out the Automatic Payment section on the back of your payment coupon of your monthly billing statement and mail it to us with a voided check. Please include a payment for your current balance due or we will process an automatic payment upon receipt of your request. Although this payment will be processed immediately, please allow one full billing period before your EFT request is automatically deducted. You can stop receiving your statement by mail by selecting paperless billing and view your current and previous statements on line. Please note that you will need to call us at 1-888-284-7116 if your bank’s account information changes or to cancel this service.

Check-by-Phone: 1-888-284-7116
Check payments made over the phone will post to the account immediately and will be withdrawn from your banking account within 3 business days. This payment option will cost $9.99 per transaction, charged by DISH Network.

Pay-In-Cash
Pay in cash today! Now you can pay your DISH Network bill at thousands of retail locations. Just walk in and pay your bill. It's quick and easy! With DISH Network Pay-in-Cash service you can pay at any retail store that offers: GreenDot MoneyPak, MoneyGram Express Payments, ACE Cash Express, PreCash, IPP (In Person Payments), CheckFree, and Western Union Quick Collect, Pay In Cash Locator.

Please Remember
  • Write your 16 digit DISH Network account number on the check or money order.
  • Allow 5-7 business days from the mailing date for the payment to post to your account.
  • Do not write on your payment coupon or send correspondence with your payment. This will slow the processing of your payment. Send all correspondence to feedback@echostar.com.
  • If you pay by check, DISH Network converts your check payment into an electronic debit transaction. If you have any questions or wish to continue receiving your cancelled check, please call 1-888-284-7116.
